Definitions

In these terms and conditions, "Diamond Cars East Acton," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. The terms "you" and "your" may pertain to any individual, business, or entity making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is essential that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure punctuality, especially for airport transfers where timely check-in is imperative for flights. Diamond Cars East Acton shall not be held responsible for any delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the scheduled time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a vehicle of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Additionally, please note that regardless of age, a child counts as one passenger.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be made at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotations are based on the information provided by you. Unless otherwise specified, all prices exclude VAT, which will be charged separately if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quotes include a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and cover airport parking fees. Any waiting time beyond this period will be subject to our standard waiting rate. While we make efforts to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation thoroughly for accuracy. Failure to notify Diamond Cars East Acton of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be liable.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage or soiling of the vehicle attributable to passengers may incur a cleaning fee.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Children must be properly restrained according to their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We adhere strictly to licensing and insurance regulations regarding passenger capacity.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel a booking, please inform us at the earliest opportunity. Failure to cancel a booking before dispatch may result in charges based on the distance and time covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 Cancellation charges may apply if you cancel a booking made through our online system before dispatch.

Liability

6.1 While we endeavor to ensure timely arrivals, we shall not be held liable for losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. Diamond Cars East Acton assumes no responsibility for any losses suffered by you or your business.

6.2 You assume all risks associated with the carriage of your luggage.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will make every effort to arrange alternative transportation promptly.

6.4 You agree to indemnify Diamond Cars East Acton against any expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from the actions or omissions of anyone in your party.

6.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if the safety of our vehicle or driver is compromised due to abusive behavior or damage caused by you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 We reserve the right to subcontract our obligations under this agreement. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent.

8.2 Diamond Cars East Acton reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information following the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Diamond Cars East Acton.

8.5 No third party shall have any rights under this agreement unless expressly stated in writing.

Disputes

Any disputes or claims must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Diamond Cars East Acton is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
